Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their business needs, and offering the right software/product solutions. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through lead generation, follow-ups, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team for closures and demos.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (software/IT sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email handling).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Salary: Rs.18000 to Rs.22000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Education: Any Graduate

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
