  • Partner with clinic teams, zonal leaders, and central functions (Marketing, Technology, Finance) to align priorities.
  • Provide operational insights to support strategic decisions and growth objectives.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

5. Technology & Automation

  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support design and deployment of operational systems and tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into daily operations.
