Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata for a New Account Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, fostering relationships to understand their investment needs, and guiding them through the account opening process. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales and relationship management teams to drive new business opportunities, ensure compliance, and meet set targets while providing a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and client acquisition skills, with the ability to identify potential clients and drive engagement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and client interaction.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services such as equities, derivatives, and commodities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for client management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, assess client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Previous experience in financial services or sales is an advantage.
