Role Summary/Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a database of target schools.
- Make outbound calls and set appointments with high-profile educational institutions.
- Present our product effectively and create buy-in.
- Travel to schools as required, with travel expenses covered.
- Lean on senior team members for support in complex demos or negotiations.
- Identify and target potential schools within the assigned territory. Further develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for B2B sales reach outs and relationships building with Group Schools/Schools in the district as well as nearby areas including responsibility for end to end sales closure.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services tailored to the needs of each school.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, as well as the ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Timely review the work, collect feedback from the line mangers and business heads.
Qualifications:
Must be located in commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India
Strong desire to approach schools, meeting with KDMs.
Having enthusiasm to exhibit the product and services value to KDMs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to set up and manage appointments independently.
A proactive, learning-focused attitude with willingness to travel.
Comfort with seeking guidance from senior colleagues when needed.
Bachelors / MBA with 0 - 3 years of experience.
Academic Counsellor is added advantage.
Experience in B2B sales is preferable.
Strong understanding of the School products/services needs, and procurement process is an added advantage.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
Education sector experience preferable but not mandatory
Additional Desirable Skills:
· Experience in life skills education or related fields.
· Experience working with diverse populations.
· Knowledge of the Indian education system.
· Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
