Job Description:As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable credit card products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage walk-in customers at partner stores or kiosks.
- Explain the features, benefits, and usage of different credit cards.
- Assist customers with the application process and required documentation.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and updated information about products and offers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English understanding with fluency in Tamil.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work in field and meet customers daily.
