Creative Lead (Creative Dynamo)

You argue with fonts in your head. You know white space isn't empty—it's loaded with intent. We're a growing creative agency looking for a hands-on Design Lead who can think in concepts, move in pixels, and rally a small team to ship beautiful, effective work.

What you'll do

  • Lead visual direction for campaigns, product/digital experiences, and storytelling-first content.
  • Turn messy briefs into strong concepts, moodboards, and fast prototypes.
  • Mentor 1–3 designers through critiques, craft coaching, and process hygiene.
  • Collaborate with strategy + copy to make ideas look as good as they sound.
  • Build and evolve brand systems that scale across web, social, pitch decks, and print.
  • Hold the line on typography, grid, hierarchy, and accessibility—even on tight timelines.
  • Present with clarity: sell the idea, defend the design, bring stakeholders along.

What you'll bring

  • 1–2+ years of design experience (agency or brand); you've led projects end-to-end.
  • A portfolio that makes us gasp or grin—and shows range (branding, UI/UX, digital/social).
  • Fluency in Figma + Adobe CC; basic motion or prototyping is a plus.
  • Sharp taste and systems thinking: you can define a language, not just a layout.
  • Strong communication: rationale writing, client room confidence, feedback that elevates.
  • Comfort switching from big-picture concepts to micro-pixel polish.

Bonus points

  • You've made a pitch deck look irresistible (parallax or otherwise).
  • Experience with packaging, print production, or design ops.
  • Meme fluency for

    client notes.
  • Chai-fueled playlist curation and a healthy teal debate.
