Installation and Repair Call Management - Review all Repair and Installation calls on daily basis with clients, service center, technicians and internal team call center executives,

Ensure timely allocation of daily service requests to service centers & technicians.

Coordinate with service centers for estimates & call closures.

Develop daily auto mechanisms for passing the service requests directly to the technicians according to their scheduled visit areas.

Coordination with Clients team and customers for open, work in progress, pending and closed service requests.

Ensure all customers payments are received on company QR code.

Coordination with the finance team for payment receipt confirmation, service centers payments.

Plan and track service vehicle movement depending on call load - pick up, drop and ensure cost effectiveness.

Ensure maximum productivity of vehicle movement and service engineers by monitoring their movement through GPS Tracking.

Ensure maximum call closure and minimum cancellation of service requests.

Update and maintain MIS on a real time basis for management reporting and exceptional approval.

Effective utilization of the entire service center facility.

Ensure achievement of targeted service requests closure set by the management.

Coordination with the management and internal team for queries resolution, approvals and smooth functioning of daily operations.

Qualification: - Graduate (Must)

Salary – 35K to 40K

Relevant Experience – 5+ years

Location – Jogeshwari E

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
