Business Information Analyst

This role will develop and build the ongoing queries which will create the content in the Interaction Analytics system. Through the use of interpolative thought and creative solutioning correlations and causal relationships between calls and outcomes will be established and evaluated. This person will compile data, reports, and requirements into queries, and dashboard content for business consumption.
Responsibilities
Communicate with the business and stake holders on requirements and analytical findings. 20%

Track trends and follow behavioral actions to improve results. 20%
Education

Required: Bachelor; Any

Preferred: Master or Advanced

Experience

Required:

• Knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts and SSIS. Developing visual reports, and dashboards using Power BI desktop. understanding of the C#, python programming language and experience working with client-server desktop and web applications.
• Develop operational reports, create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI & VBA, perform DAX queries and functions. To perform SQL querying for best results and use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data. Strong proficiency with SQL ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables. Ability to create ETL SSIS package for data transformation.

Preferred:

Strong business knowledge. Great communication skills – both written and verbal, concise impactful report development, strong knowledge of the business, QA, and L&D, ability to build relationships with key players, time management skills, analytical and creative.. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
