PivotDive Talent Partners is a growing recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Expert with experience in both Blue Collar Hiring and IT Recruitment to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly updates.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in blue collar hiring and IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Available to work 6 days a week.
