PivotDive Talent Partners is a growing recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Expert with experience in both Blue Collar Hiring and IT Recruitment to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly updates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in blue collar hiring and IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Available to work 6 days a week.
