Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design templates, graphics, and social media posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Plan, write, and schedule posts across multiple platforms using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers.
  • Draft and send professional emails/newsletters for campaigns and updates.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and masterclasses.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement.
  • Support in content marketing, SEO activities, and community building.
  • Assist in basic performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) – good to have.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: BBA, MBA (Marketing/HR), BCA, B.Tech, or any graduate/undergraduate with strong interest in digital marketing.
  • Experience: 6–12 months of experience in Social Media / EdTech / Marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms.
  • Good communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple social media platforms effectively.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing ads (preferred).
