Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.
  • Post job openings and manage applicant flow effectively.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Follow-up Management System (FMS).
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support junior team members in recruitment drives and related projects.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR operations and compliance tasks.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement and other corporate HR activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong exposure to various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.

Skills Required

  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
