Roles and Responsibilites

MASH Impact is seeking a passionate Senior Designer, Communication and Content Programs to support our communications team and help us amplify our impact. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for ideation and conceptualization upcoming campaigns. Participate in the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding to the final cut, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the entire creative team on multiple projects to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across clients.
  • Engage and enable multi-stakeholder coordination required for the execution of the Campaign
  • Responsible for proper data inventory management and systems creation for campaign management
  • Engage with production teams to ensure proper movement and delivery of campaigns
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Lead and supervise a team of program managers, coordinators, and other staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner organizations, funders, and community leaders
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Represent the organization at events and meetings, providing updates and presentations on program activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure the effective operation of programs and initiatives
  • Organise multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Graphics or Video editing, with a portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals of design work - Static and Motion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Knowledge of communication design principles and an interest in sustainable development goals (SDGs) is a plus.
