Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from domestic and international prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and demonstrate the value of our tender-tracking solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up rigorously, and close subscription deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to customize offerings and share market feedback.
