Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our digital marketing team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to promote digital marketing services.
  • Introduce and explain the company's services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Paid Ads.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
  • Maintain and update the client database on a regular basis (CRM or Excel).
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into potential customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call productivity.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to engage and persuade clients confidently over the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
