About This Role
The Project Manager in Branded Research CoE will work in a global environment, in partnership with multiple Gartner analysts and external clients. The candidate would be expected to manage the end-to-end creation process of multiple branded research documents. Additionally, the candidate would be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members.

This is a unique opportunity for a systematic, growth-oriented, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner's client experience as part of the Gartner's R&A Studio team. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver who can lead the creation process of Gartner's Magic Quadrant and Critical Capability documents. As a Project Manager, you will partner with various external and internal stakeholders in Gartner to support the creation process of branded research. The candidate would be expected to manage the production process of multiple branded research documents.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Gartner analysts to optimize project management of Gartner's branded research documents within scheduled timelines
  • Manage process-related activities using established engagement essentials for the creation of branded research documents
  • Prepare and maintain materials and documentation of assigned research documents (call summaries, internal project management trackers, scheduling internal meetings, administering vendor surveys, etc.)
  • Contribute to new or evolving processes as needed
  • Manage and complete projects related tasks and special assignments under BR CoE Manager's supervision/guidance
  • Deliver input for regular project reporting (monthly/quarterly) to communicate progress updates
  • Develop relationships with peers and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration across the business
  • Mentor and train junior team members to help them achieve their goals and optimize performance
  • Support the leadership in creating, tracking and maintenance of team tracking sheets

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required/ MBA would be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience of working in a challenging environment that requires extensive global stakeholder communication and management, coordinating projects, scheduling meetings, and managing operational tasks
  • Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep tasks structured and organized
  • Strong time management, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to absorb and quickly analyze large amounts of information from various sources
  • Strong mentoring and training skills
