Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The Hotel Sales Manager will also oversee the sales team, provide training, and ensure that all sales activities align with the hotel's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
