Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process & Automation Manager to lead initiatives in process optimization, automation deployment, and operational excellence. This role involves identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, planning resources efficiently, and implementing strategic process improvements that drive scalability and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis & Improvement
- Conduct detailed process audits to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Map existing workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or BPMN frameworks.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Standardize processes by creating and updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Benchmark processes against industry best practices for operational excellence.
2. Automation Implementation
- Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities.
- Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
- Integrate systems and applications to eliminate data silos and improve cross-department workflows.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) automation pilots and scale successful implementations.
- Train and support teams on newly implemented automation tools and processes.
3. Resource Planning & Optimization
- Develop workforce allocation and utilization models to optimize resource use.
- Forecast staffing needs based on workload, seasonal trends, and business growth plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure resource availability for critical projects.
- Use capacity planning tools to prevent underutilization or overburdening of resources.
4. Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define KPIs for process efficiency, resource utilization, and automation ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Recommend corrective actions and strategic initiatives based on data insights.
5. Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement
- Collaborate with leadership, IT, and business units to align process changes with strategic goals.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to build a continuous improvement culture.

- Experience: 510 years in process excellence, operations, or automation leadership roles.
- Proven record in implementing automation solutions and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
