Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Conceptualizer, located in Mumbai. The Event Conceptualizer will be responsible for developing and conceptualizing unique event experiences. Daily tasks include brainstorming ideas, coordinating with the design and production teams, conducting market research, and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly and within budget. The role requires continuous collaboration with clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event conceptualization, idea generation, and creative strategy
  • Proficiency in research and market analysis
  • Coordination and collaboration skills with design and production teams
  • Project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
