Job Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting to: CEO

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to work closely with our CEO and support day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling international communication, and keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings across time zones, and organize travel.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and data using Advanced Excel
  • Draft and respond to important international/Domestic emails and business communications.
  • Keep track of follow-ups and help the CEO stay on top of key tasks and deadlines.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including vendors, supplies, and team support.
  • Organize meetings, events, and internal communication to keep the team connected and informed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills — must know pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with international/domestic contacts.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
