Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage distributors to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify new opportunities for oil & lubricant sales and automobile components distribution.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize distribution channels and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies for dealer handling, FMCG sales, and consumer products distribution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Distribution, Consumer Durables, Consumer Goods (FMCG), Dealer Handling, Distributor Handling or related fields.
- Strong understanding of FMCG Marketing principles with expertise in managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with distributors and dealers at all levels.
