Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Individual to drive the adoption and scaling of our QR-based payment ecosystem in the transport industry. This role will leverage prior experience in ride-hailing/fleet/vendor management to build strong relationships with drivers, fleet owners, and transport vendors, ensuring smooth deployment of QR solutions and financial products across mobility networks.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong vendor/partner management skills with prior experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or fleet operations.
  • Hands-on experience in driver/vendor onboarding, training, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of UPI/QR payments, fintech products, and transport operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor & Driver Onboarding

  • Build and manage relationships with fleet owners, driver-partners, and transport vendors.
  • Drive large-scale onboarding of drivers and vehicles onto our QR payment ecosystem.
  • Educate vendors/drivers on product benefits, usage, and compliance requirements.

2. QR Code Deployment & Adoption

  • Distribute and deploy QR kits (stickers, stands, digital QR) to vendors and drivers.
  • Train drivers on QR payment acceptance, transaction flows, and settlements.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and implement strategies to increase QR penetration.

3. Operational Execution

  • Plan and execute city-level campaigns to boost adoption of QR payments in transport.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution for vendors/drivers (failed payments, QR replacement, settlements).
  • Work with internal teams (Product, Payments, Compliance, Marketing) to align field execution.

4.. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all vendors and drivers comply with KYC, UPI, and RBI/NPCI guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on onboarding, QR deployment, and transaction performance.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and adoption challenges.
