Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Field Sales Executive

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their careers in sales and develop their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for signage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Support lead generation efforts through networking, research, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Freshers are welcome

; candidates with prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles will have an added advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
