Job Opportunity: UK Recruitment Out of Hours (OOH)

We are looking for a UK Recruitment Specialist (OOH) to join our dynamic team at IMS Group. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is open to working UK Out of Hours shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for UK-based clients across IT/Non-IT roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports for daily/weekly updates.
  • Work closely with the UK recruitment team to fulfill urgent hiring needs during OOH shifts.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in UK Recruitment / International Hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in Out of Hours shifts (UK Time Zone – Night Shifts in India).

Shift Timings:

  • UK OOH (Out of Hours) – Night Shifts (India Time) (Rotational Shifts)

Location:

  • Makarba, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
