- Keepup-to-datewithnewtechnologicaltrendsandproducts.
- Workasanintegralmemberoftheteam,motivatingoneanotherandcommunicating effectively at all levels.

**RequiredSkillsandexperience**:

- Prior experience in US / UK recruitment
- Youwillbeself-motivated,drivenandpassionatetosucceedwithinyourcareer, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
- Youwillhave1+yearexperienceasaUS and UK recruiter.
- GoodknowledgeofjobboardlikeMonsterand CareerBuilder
- Hands-onexperiencewithvariousinterviewformats(e.g.phone,Skypeand structured).
- TechnicalexpertisewithanabilitytounderstandandexplainjobrequirementsforIT roles.
- Goodknowledgeofsourcingtechniques(e.g.socialmediarecruitingandBoolean search).
- KnowledgewithtaxtermsW2,1099&Corpto Corp.
- ExperienceonVMS& ATS.
- ClearunderstandingofVisaprocesses.

**Salary**: ₹9,845.15 - ₹40,550.13 per month
