Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6-8 years of expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.

Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure clear communication of business needs.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment to improve business processes.

Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Support Agile/Scrum teams by defining backlog items, managing sprint planning, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals.

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.

Provide insights for decision-making through market research and industry trends analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Expertise in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, and stakeholder communication.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Process Management (BPM).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
