About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and helping bridge the gap between technical and business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver effective business solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, QA, and operations to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Support the creation of project documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user manuals.
  • Assist in developing data-driven insights and reports to support business decisions.

Key Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT, finance, or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Trello.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau preferred).
