The Solution Architect, Solution Engineering has a significant role in designing, developing and implementing integrations, optimizations solutions in large-scale enterprise. This role has significance in the designing, development on various integrations, simplifying workflows, empowering automations to drive the innovations and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Development and deployment processes through automation and orchestration.
• Understanding end-to-end architecture design decisions in partnership with cross functional team Application Engineering & Architectures.
• Hands-on & Driving architecture simplification and consolidation of platforms to flexible and scalable & complaint solutions.
• Assisting Application products and services in developing solutions and implementation on various cloud native technologies that meet technical, security and business needs.
• Translate/Discuss/Engages project-based requirement to technical approaches/breakdown as per organization standards and guidelines, understand conceptual/contextual/logical arch using standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Research and identify, engage cross-teams, and do the analysis of alternative cloud solutions.
• Demonstrating knowledge related to Cloud Platforms, Automation and Orchestration Strategies, Cloud Capacity/Performance/cost Optimization.
• Evaluate various technologies, performing a proof of concept in each, and define the recommended solution.
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate/recommend remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Research, evaluate, develop and plan technical & Software solutions to business problems.
• Design & develop integration scenarios for end-to-end system integration of new and existing solutions.
• Develop and maintain system architecture strategy and roadmaps, working with engineering partners and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to creating cohesive and reusable engineering software solutions that optimize speed and value.

Role Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated software development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API.
• Experience in programming language Java, Springboot and/or Python and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Hand-on experience on delivering System Design & Solutioning, observability & operational stability with high resiliency, availability, and reliability.
• Experience with Chaos Engineering, development & orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and modern CICD philosophies and tools like Cloudbees Jenkins and Spinnaker, Ansible.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
