Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend Developer to join our dynamic in-house team at our Patna office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building engaging, scalable, and responsive web applications for our clients using and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user interfaces for web and mobile applications using
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality code with Tailwind CSS.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
  • Implement modern best practices for frontend development and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web applications.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a frontend developer.
  • Strong proficiency in core principles, hooks, and ecosystem.
  • In-depth experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive and modern UI development.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, npm/yarn, and browser development tools.
  • Ability to convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into working code.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work style.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience with , Typescript, or similar modern frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of backend , Express, or Python).
  • Previous work on SaaS, IT, or digital agency projects.
