A Renowned Hiring Product Company from USA is Looking for:*
We are seeking a
*Senior Software Engineer
to join our global team. This role requires a versatile individual with strong fundamentals in backend and frontend technologies, database engineering, and automated testing.

A key responsibility will include migrating a legacy
Ruby on Rails
codebase to
C# .NET WebApi
. As a technical leader, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

This role requires
availability to collaborate with US-based employees during overlapping working hours
to ensure effective communication and team alignment. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate
written and verbal fluency in English
to communicate effectively with team members across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant applications using C# .NET WebApi for backend services.
• Migrate a legacy Ruby on Rails codebase to C# .NET WebApi while maintaining functionality and performance.
• Build dynamic, responsive front-end applications using or React.
• Engineer and optimize databases with PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Adhere to security best practices and address risks based on the OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
• Utilize DevOps principles such as Continuous Deployment, Feature Flagging, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium or Playwright to ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create innovative features and user experiences.
• Coordinate effectively with US-based employees to ensure alignment and seamless communication across time zones.
• Knowledge in AI-powered tools like Caliplot and Azure AI to streamline development workflows, enhance application functionality
• Write clear, concise documentation and communicate effectively in English through written and verbal mediums.
• Conduct peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote team growth.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in C# .NET WebApi with at least 7 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in or React for front-end development.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL for database engineering and performance tuning.
• Proven experience migrating legacy codebases to modern frameworks, particularly Ruby on Rails to C#.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and security-focused development practices.
• Experience with DevOps principles, including Continuous Deployment and Feature Flagging.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Knowledge in AI-powered tools like Caliplot and Azure AI to streamline development workflows, enhance application functionality
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English for effective remote collaboration and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-time-zone setting.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Awareness of modern authentication methods like OAuth or JWT.
