Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Patna. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with delivery riders, fleet owners, and transporters, optimizing routes, handling client interfaces, and overseeing warehouse operations. The role also involves analyzing operational data, troubleshooting logistics issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain optimization
  • Experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Skills in data analysis, route optimization, and operational strategy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna and manage field operations
  • Experience in using logistics technology platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
