Role A Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview:

You will lead major UI features for mobile and web, ensuring smooth, responsive, and scalable experiences. Basic backend understanding is required for API integration.

Role B Backend-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview:

You will lead backend API development and system architecture while supporting frontend development as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain REST APIs using + TypeScript
• Work with PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM
• Implement authentication, subscriptions, and payment flows
• Manage caching (Redis, in-memory caching)
• Handle backend security, validation, and optimizations
• Support frontend team by writing clear, scalable API contracts
• Review tasks for interns and junior developers

Required Skills:

• + TypeScript
• or NestJS
• PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM
• Redis (caching strategies)
• Basic React or understanding for integration
• API debugging + performance optimization
• Experience with payment integration (Razorpay/Stripe is a plus)

Experience Required Years):

We are looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with practical exposure to both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should have contributed to at least one real, working product or live project, even if at a smaller scale, internship, or startup environment.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of specific modules, integrating APIs, working with databases, and building clean, scalable UI components. Experience in understanding system flows, debugging issues, and improving performance is essential.

While formal leadership experience isnt mandatory, any prior experience mentoring juniors, guiding interns, or independently handling features will be considered an advantage. The role requires someone who can think practically, solve problems, and contribute to architectural discussions in a growing product environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skill level)
