We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive . The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients on-site, showcasing properties, and closing deals. This is a field-based role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients and follow up to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote company's property listings and services to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate property options.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company policies and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team for lead tracking and conversion.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
