About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely execution of marketing plans across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of all marketing activities across digital, offline, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of marketing spends, ensuring all activities are aligned with the approved budget.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain campaign performance data to support reporting, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams including design, content, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Manage end-to-end payment processes for marketing vendors and campaigns, including collecting and submitting all necessary documentation to the finance team.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing plans.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or fresher looking to kickstart your career in marketing operations.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
