Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, and Guru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid for projects on platforms including Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Guru, and similar portals.
  • Draft persuasive proposals and tailored cover letters to effectively communicate service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate cost estimates, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Negotiate terms, budgets, and milestones with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of bids, proposals, and client communications.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory: Demonstrated success in securing projects via Upwork and other bidding platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create compelling, client-focused proposals.
  • Understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
