Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will be at the forefront of our student and college engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and outreach activities, making it ideal for students and freshers aspiring to build careers in sales, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

·      Engage with students, colleges, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to promote Queue One programs

·      Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records

·      Support business development campaigns for B2B (colleges) and B2C (students) engagement

·      Participate in workshops, webinars, and events for program promotion

Marketing & Promotion

·      Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)

·      Contribute to content creation (posts, reels, blogs, event flyers) for brand promotion

·      Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaigns

·      Research competitor strategies, student needs, and emerging market trends

Relationship Building

·      Coordinate with mentors, student ambassadors, and hiring partners

·      Build rapport with students and collect feedback to improve offerings

·      Act as a link between Queue One and college communities

Required Skills

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Interest in sales, marketing, and the ed-tech sector

·      Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools (Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Forms, etc.)

·      Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

·      Self-driven, creative, and enthusiastic about learning
