  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness.
  • Apply OS updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Support office IT infrastructure (printers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.).
  • Document configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

Basic IT/network troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
