Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and supporting the clinic's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
- Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments using the clinic's scheduling system
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and waiting area
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and promotions
- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection policies
- Coordinate with practitioners and therapists to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, and restocking front desk supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
