The Senior Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the integration of local payment solutions into the company's innovative payments platform. This dynamic position requires collaboration with a diverse range of external partners, evaluating their technical capabilities to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Integration Initiatives: Establish and manage the technical and operational relationships with payment issuers and merchants. Spearhead the integration of tailored payment solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's innovative strategies.
• Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform comprehensive gap analyses with payment issuers, crafting solutions that meet stringent technical and operational specifications. This will involve assessing technical capabilities and proposing enhancements to elevate service delivery.
• Onboard Merchants: Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants, including designing and implementing non-standard project-based integrations. Provide hands-on support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success.
• Act as Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary escalation contact for all technical requests from merchants and payment issuers. Foster open communication to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Drive Project Execution: Take charge of project planning, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile Collaboration: Organize and lead regular project scrums, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Navigate Change Management: Skillfully manage project change requests, balancing stakeholder expectations while minimizing scope creep to maintain focus on project goals.
• Resolve Technical Challenges: Proactively address technical issues with urgency, leveraging cross-functional expertise to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
• Support Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development team during the pre-sales phase, providing technical insights to enhance proposal effectiveness and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of robust experience in technical project management or pre-sales roles within the payments industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating merchant and PSP solutions with payment issuers, showcasing a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
• Proven experience in mobile app development and SDK integrations, adding a valuable dimension to technical acumen.
• Proficient in integrating with third-party web services across various technologies, including REST and SOAP.
• Exceptional SQL skills, capable of diving deep into data to extract meaningful insights.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects from inception to launch, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
