Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development - Tamil
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with line managers.
- Design, develop, and deliver induction, functional, behavioral, and compliance training for employees at all levels (field staff, branch managers, and HO staff).
- Prepare training materials, modules, presentations, and manuals customized for microfinance operations.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to strengthen employee skills.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and field audits.
- Maintain and update training MIS (attendance, completion rates, performance improvement).
- Analyze post-training performance and prepare reports to measure ROI and impact.
Employee Development & Engagement
- Support capacity-building initiatives to develop future leaders and high-potential employees.
- Implement learning calendars and skill-upgradation programs in line with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and refresher trainings.
Compliance & Standardization
- Ensure all employees undergo mandatory training as per MFI policies, RBI, and regulatory guidelines.
- Standardize training content across branches for consistency.
- Maintain records of training completion to meet audit and compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Business teams to align training with business priorities.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, or agencies when required.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to field staff for performance improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills (local language + English).
- Ability to design interactive training programs.
- Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse teams (field staff to senior management).
- Knowledge of microfinance operations, products, and compliance preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations/branches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- Certification in Training / L&D is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in BFSI / MFI sector.
- Experience in conducting training for field staff and managing training MIS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
