**Job Title: Junior Homeopathic Doctor - BHMS**

**Location**: [Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad]
**Department**: Clinical/Medical
**Reporting to**: Senior Doctor
**Salary: 3LPA - 3.5 LPA Per Annual**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior doctors in patient consultations and treatment planning.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, case taking, and follow-up evaluations.
- Prescribe appropriate homeopathic remedies based on diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and case histories.
- Provide counselling and empathetic support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and clear communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Monitor and report patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate with other departments (pharmacy, lab, administration) for patient care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Adhere to clinic/hospital protocols and maintain ethical medical practice.

**Required Qualifications**:

- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid registration/license to practice.
- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience can apply.

**Language Proficiency (mandatory)**:

- **Telugu** - Able to speak, read, and write.
- **Hindi** - Able to speak and understand.
- **English** - Able to communicate professionally (written and verbal).

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of homeopathic principles and medicines.
- Empathetic communication and active listening.
- Patient handling and time management.
- Teamwork and professional behavior.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and patient records.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
- Basic computer skills for EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
- Passion for patient-centric care and continuous learning.
