Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Rigorously prospecting for new business and following up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis from various sources.
- Managing leads and staying organized using our internal CRM, Follow Up Boss, including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into the database.
- Making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, sending emails, cold calling, coordinating, and scheduling visit opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Accurately tracking and conveying productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Following and mastering scripts used in lead generation and cultivation to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
- Setting weekly goals.
- Tracking all key business activities.
- Setting up an 'Ideal Week' that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals.
- Attending trainings.
- Creating and establishing a clear process to easily transition an agent, so leads don't feel like they are being suddenly moved forward.
