Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Administrative Assistant based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The HR Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide organizational support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include managing routine HR functions, assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating and maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) tasks and processes
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in office software and HR management tools is a plus
