Job Description
We are hiring Medical HCC Certified Coders to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines, risk adjustment models, and hands-on experience in ICD-10 CM coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding for medical records.
- Ensure 100% compliance with CMS, ICD-10 CM, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Conduct coding reviews to capture complete and accurate risk adjustment factors.
- Work closely with quality/audit teams to maintain coding accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information as per HIPAA standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: AHIMA / AAPC Certified Coder (CPC, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 year of HCC coding experience.
- Strong understanding of HCC coding guidelines and risk adjustment models.
- Proficient in ICD-10 CM coding.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
