We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Workspace Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices, hands-on development, and integration expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ITOM solutions leveraging industry best practices.
  • Perform hands-on development tasks, including the creation, configuration, and customization of:
  • Patterns
  • Discovery schedules
  • Probes
  • Sensors
  • Event rules
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with:
  • Enterprise monitoring tools
  • Application management tools
  • Automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Conduct third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow components such as:
  • Forms
  • Workflows
  • Scripts
  • Transform maps
  • Service maps
  • Web services
  • Inbound email actions
  • SLAs
  • Manage MID Servers to ensure seamless integrations and operations.
  • Participate in multiple ServiceNow implementations and provide expertise in the deployment process.
  • Work on implementing and configuring:
  • CMDB Workspace
  • CMDB 360
  • Data Manager
  • Configure KPIs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles, including:
  • SaaS
  • PaaS
  • Multi-tenancy
  • Automation
