We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales and client management, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business growth plan focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and business prospects through research and networking.
  • Arrange and lead business meetings with potential clients to promote company services.
  • Present customized marketing and creative solutions addressing clients' specific business goals.
  • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client communications.
  • Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level sales and business development staff to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements & Skills

  • 8–12 years of proven experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.
  • Prior experience in marketing agencies, real estate marketing, creative or digital agencies, BFSI, telecom, or home interiors preferred.
  • Strong sales track record with ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • In-depth market knowledge and understanding of client business needs.
  • Strong time management, planning, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with real estate marketing or brand promotion will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
