Pixel Grabber Films is a Mumbai-based Ad Film Production House & Creative Advertising Agency. We create big-budget ad films, AI commercials, end-to-end advertising campaigns, DVCs, product films, and high-quality photo shoots for top brands like Vivo, Antara, Glenmorangie, Deltin, Mamaearth, Philips, and more. We are now expanding our Business and Growth team and looking for a strong, industry-connected Business Development Manager. ⸻ You will be the key driver for getting new business, building relationships with brands & ad agencies, managing pitches, and converting opportunities into high-value advertising/film projects. ⸻ Generate new business from brands and advertising and creatuve agencies, and marketing teams (Primarily B2B) • Identify, outreach, and close high-budget ad film & campaign opportunities • Maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency producers • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; Work with internal creative, strategy & production teams to build competitive pitch decks • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth project onboarding ⸻ 4–10 years experience in Business Development within an Ad Film Production House or Advertising Agency, handling B2B outreach to brands and creative agencies. • Strong network with brand marketing teams & ad agencies • Ability to sell creative + production services confidently • Understanding of ad film production, campaign workflow & agency ecosystem • Compensation • Incentives on converted business • Performance bonuses for high-value closures ⸻
