Roles and responsibilities:

Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Use low-code tools, data, and project management discipline to drive efficiency, productivity, and better user experience.

• Build and maintain single source of truth data models and dashboards in Power BI to support leadership decision-making.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Deliver end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring objectives and business case outcomes are met ensuring simple processes and reduction in manual effort.

• Drive automation using low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).

• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to resolve issues and deliver sustainable solutions.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's / master's degree.

• Strong skills in Power BI, and low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate preferred).

• 8 - 12 years' experience in process excellence, automation, or business analysis.

• Strong data analysis capabilities, including handling large datasets.

• Experienced in managing end-to-end projects, driving adoption and change management in complex environments, and delivering measurable impact.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
