  • About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Excel Specialist to drive efficiency and insight through expert-level spreadsheet solutions. This role focuses on advanced formula development, dashboard creation, and process automation using Excel, Power Query, and VBA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming raw data into actionable intelligence and reducing manual reporting efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Design dynamic Excel models and dashboards that automatically refresh , reducing manual reporting hours.
  • Clean, transform, and merge data from multiple sources using Power Query or equivalent tools.
  • Develop robust formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, array logic) that adapt to changing inputs and minimize errors.
  • Create PivotTables, slicers, and charts to highlight trends and support timely decision-making.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA , delivering significant time savings for the team.
  • Standardize file structures, naming conventions, and formatting to ensure reports are auditable and maintainable

  • Looking For

  • Proven expertise in Advanced Excel , including:
    • OFFSET, INDIRECT, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH
    • Power Query, Data Validation, Flash Fill
    • PivotTables, Slicers, Conditional Formatting
    • Macros and VBA
    • External Data Integration and Simulations
  • Experience in data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting , and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL , and Python for Excel automation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to building scalable, long-lasting models.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication , and attention to detail .
