Role & responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Service sales expert to handle business of AMC, Battery's, Spares, BMS & UPS End of life sales to our customers. Responsibilities:Generating new AMC leads and renewal of existing contractHandling business with consist of AMC, Battery, Spares, Consumable, End of life & New services.

Responsible from quotation to payment collection, replacement order SMF and LIBSpares consumable and BMSConnecting customers through Link, Live and Remote support as per the requirement. Customer Visit on regular basis, visit funnel update, order logging in salesforce. Interaction with key customers & work towards target and KPI.SkillsetsKnowledge of UPS Products Mandatory.

Presentation Skills. Business Communication. Strategic Prospective.

Active listening and rapport building. Understanding of Technical / Commercial customer requirements and trends.
