Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer, located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Vlocity solutions to support business goals. This involves customizing Salesforce applications, developing Vlocity components, configuring OmniStudio tools, and integrating Salesforce with other systems. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the platform adheres to best practices and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Vlocity platform tools such as OmniStudio, Vlocity DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, integration of Salesforce with external platforms, and declarative tools like Flow and Process Builder.
  • Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce CRM architecture, configuration, and security.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing platform performance and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce and Vlocity certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
